SEEOC Rules and Gudelines

Rules for foot South East European Orienteering Championships are approved with validity from tommorow, and were sent to all.
Proposal for Guidelines for organisers of SEEOC are also sent to all for check and comments.

Those documents will help us to make our events more quality.
